a celebration: will you be my valentine? nighttime edition.

 For those of you going on a date night for Valentine's Day, whether with you boyfriend or out with your friends, this is a perfect look that is soft and romantic with just a touch of drama. the eyes:

- Start by priming your lids with an eye primer of choice. (Lorac Behind the Scenes Eye Primer)

- First, pack a black matte shadow in the outer 1/3 and inner 1/3 of the lid, connecting the shadow in the crease. (Urban Decay #Smokeout)

- Blend through the crease with matte skin tone shadow, to serve as a transition shade up to the brow bone. (Urban Decay #Habit)

-With a more precise blending brush, blend a matte pink shadow through the crease. (Urban Decay #X-Rated)

- Pack a matte skin tone shade a few shades lighter than your skin tone under the brow for a highlight. (NYX Nude Matte Shadow #I Have A Headache)

- With a gel liner, create a dramatic wing along the upper lid. (Maybelline Eyestudio Gel Liner #Blackest Black)

- Line your tightline and waterline with a black kohl pencil. (Jordana 12hr Made to Last Eyeliner #Black Point)
-Using a pencil brush, apply a shimmery silver shadow to your inner tear duct for some sparkle. (Urban Decay #Shellshock)

the lips:
